Details:

This session plans to cover both aspects of the relation between fuzzy and education:

(1) the need to teach fuzzy logic to different audiences, ranging from (potentially) elementary, middle, and high schools all the way to undergraduate and graduate students and interested professionals;

(2) use of fuzzy techniques to analyze and enhance education process. Many educational techniques and ideas are described by using imprecise (fuzzy) natural-language words, so fuzzy techniques — originally designed to translate this imprecise knowledge into precise terms — are an appropriate technique for dealing with education.
